How Do I Withdraw Funds from My EXZi Account?
To withdraw crypto on the EXZi, follow these steps:
  1. Access Withdrawal Section: Log in to your EXZi Account on the web or app and navigate to [Assets] - [Spot] - [Withdraw].
  2. Select Cryptocurrency and Network: Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw (e.g., BTC) and tap [Withdraw]. Paste the withdrawal address and carefully select the network, ensuring it matches the receiving platform's network.
  3. Confirm Details and Fees: Enter the withdrawal amount and note the transaction fee and final amount. Choose the wallet (if applicable) and tap [Withdraw].
  4. Confirm Transaction: Double-check the details and confirm the transaction. Ensure the selected network aligns with the external platform to avoid fund loss.
  5. Verify and Wait: Confirm the transaction once more and use your 2FA for verification. Wait patiently for the transfer to be processed.
Important Note: Ensure accurate information entry and network selection. Mistakes can result in permanent asset loss. Always confirm the compatibility of networks between platforms and check supported contract addresses on the receiving platform. Choose withdrawal options based on compatibility, not just cost efficiency.

Can I Change My EXZi Account Password?
To reset your EXZi account password, follow these steps:
  1. Access EXZi Website or App: Visit exzi.com and click [Log In]. If using the app, tap [Sign Up / Log In].
  2. Provide Account Information: Enter your EXZi account's email or phone number and click [Next].
  3. Initiate Password Reset: Click [Forgot password?].
  4. Read Security Notes, Complete Security Verifications and Set a New Password: Enter a new password meeting the criteria (at least 8 characters, 1 number, and 1 upper-case letter and a special character) and click [Confirm].
  5. Password Reset Confirmation: Your password has been reset successfully. Use the new password to log in to your EXZi account.

How Does EXZi Handle KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification?
EXZi prioritizes the security and compliance of its ecosystem through a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
Here's an overview of how EXZi handles KYC:
  1. KYC is a principle where financial service providers, including virtual asset wallet operators, are legally mandated to collect a sufficient amount of contextual customer information to have clear customer profiles. By having a proper process for KYC it is required to collect enough information about potential customers that covers questions related to the nature and purpose of using EXZi, geographic aspects of customers, and all the other information that complements having a clear customer profile. It ensures compliance with Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) standards which also gives a high level of trust and security to our customers and partners.
  2. KYC measures include information collection via customer questionnaires, obtaining additional information by contacting our potential customers via email, screening of customers against sanctions & PEP lists, and conducting an Identity Verification process (ID&V).
  3. Identity verification is fundamental to EXZi’s KYC processes not only due to legal requirements but also to ensure that we enter into business relationships remotely with persons who claim to be the ones they say. ID&V includes the collection of identity documents collection and taking selfies in order to confirm that the same person in the document is participating during the verification process
  4. We do not enter or continue business relationships with customers that are sanctioned, while we accept politically exposed persons (PEPs) conducting enhanced due diligence as required by applicable Laws. To ensure the above mentioned legal requirements, we conduct the screening process seamlessly but also leave a possibility to contact a potential customer if we need to collect additional information.

What should I do if I notice an unauthorized login or suspect my EXZi account has been stolen?
1. If You Can Still Log In (Access Your Account):

How do I close or temporarily disable my EXZi account?
To Close Your Account:
  1. Log in to your EXZi account on your computer (function is currently unavailable on the app).
  2. Contact our Customer Support by stating the fact that you want to close your account and you will receive an email from with further instructions
  3. You can contact directly with the Subject Line: I wish to close
The request processing may take up to 48 hours. If funds remain in your wallet, we may provide instructions on further actions.

Note: Closing account requests trigger a review of your account activity. We will guide you on the next steps if there are remaining funds.

To Temporarily Disable Your Account:
  1. Log in to your EXZi account via the website.
  2. Click on the option to disable your account, although please carefully read the pop-up window that shows what happens when the account is disabled and press “Confirm” when instructions have been followed.
Your account will be disabled immediately.

Note: If you wish to re-enable your account, contact us via Live Chat Support. We will send you instructions after receiving your request. An identity verification (IDV) request will be sent, and upon successful completion, your account will be re-enabled.

Additionally, we recommend reviewing and updating your security settings, including changing passwords, for enhanced protection.
